About Me!
My name is Lyndsay and there are a few things you should know about me. I am from the (very) small town of Bentley, Alberta. Population: 1500(ish). I shared an 8×8 bedroom with my two younger sisters until I was 14. I also had to share one bathroom with them as well. I didn’t know it at the time, but I met my future husband at my first job where he flipped burgers and I worked the register (very romantic). I love ice-fishing with my dad, even if we don’t catch anything. There is nothing more important to me than my family and friends. I am not a girly girl, but secretly wish I could pull it off sometimes.
I got my first camera when I was 10, also the same year I went to my first concert. And now that I think about it, I also got my first Walkman. It was yellow. My first car was yellow. I named it Woodstock. My favourite movie is The Nightmare Before Christmas because you can watch it twice a year and it makes sense both times. I love taking pictures because I find it amazing that you can actually capture special moments that would normally pass in the blink of an eye.
My name is Lyndsay and I love what I do.
I take a very laid back approach to photography and let you be you. I will make suggestions and give direction only when needed and leave the rest to you so that your personality will come through in every shot. My style is very natural and candid and I’m looking for clients who like my work and who wish to have an enjoyable time with their photo session. None of that uncomfortable, posed school picture stuff here!
